1. What if my product arrives damaged ?

Please contact us directly via e-mail at sales@foxy-print.co.uk with photos showing the damage to your product. We will be able to replace your product if the images prove the product is damaged and it was not any fault of your own.

2. What about Image Copyright ?

When you send your images to Foxy Print you are declaring that you own the copyright of the image and for its reproduction. We can not be held responsible if you do not own the rights to the image you would like printed.

3. What Payment methods do you accept ?

We only accept payment via PayPal, as this the safest way to pay online. You do not need to have a PayPal accounts to use PayPal, simple checkout as a guest and enter your card details.

4. What age do I need to be to order ?

When placing an order you agree that you are above the legal age of 16. we can not be held responsible if you are under the age of 16.

5. What if I have a problem with my order ?

If you have any problems with your order please let us know as soon as possible, you can email us directly at sales@foxy-print.co.uk

6. How long does delivery take ?

Items are dispatched in 24-48 hours.
Express delivery is £2.99 extra and takes 2-3 working days.

7. How will my order be delivered ?

Small items are sent via the royal mail 1st class service. Larger items are sent via our courier service and will require a signature by you when it arrives.

8. What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted ?

If your order arrives and you are not home our courier will leave a attempted delivery card to let you know they have attempted to deliver your item. Our courier will re-attempt delivery the next working day. If delivery fails on more than two attempts your parcel will be returned to us and a £10 charge will be applied if you would like your order re-sent.

9. Image Quality ?

The image you send to us impacts the quality of your order, please make sure your image is of high quality before you send your order to us. We can not refund your order if you are unhappy with the image quality as this all depends on the image you have chosen. If you are unsure you image may not be suitable please email it to us sales@foxy-print.co.uk

10. Returns ?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us as soon as possible sales@foxy-print.co.uk Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging. Items are to be returned at your expense unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it. We can collect the goods, the amount charged for collection is £10 for all undamaged goods.
